If you’re looking for a GF celiac safe sunset dinner cruise you have to go with Captain Andy’s. Make sure you look at their menu’s online (they mark GF options) and make sure you pick the cruise with the chef on board. We did the Star Dinner Sunset Sail (the one with steak and shrimp) and it was delicious. They sent us an entire ingredients list ahead of time to review, and then the chef came around to each individual party on board to check for food allergies. Chef said there may be a chance for gluten in the Montreal steak seasoning they use, so to be safe he cooked mine with just salt and pepper and it was great.

Great tour, super friendly staff. We ordered gluten free and vegetarian meals when we bought our tickets. The tour included breakfast was by default gluten free and vegan. I couldn't eat it because it contained oats but I knew before hand so ate before leaving. We specified no bacon jam on my gluten free sandwich because I also can't red meat. When I got my sandwich it was marked with my name and no bacon jam. Unfortunately it did still have bacon jam. My son's (also gluten free) was also marked with his name and had no bacon jam do they mixed them up before they even got to the boat. Just be careful and double check things. Our bread was obviously different from the regular sandwiches. Neither of us got sick though and the food was good!
