I went with my husband expecting not to eat. However our server informed us that the crab legs are only kept in salt water, boiled in salt water, and were gluten free (no butter added). Upon further investigation the broiled shrimp were also gluten free. Overall the experience was a pleasant surprise.
Cross contamination is always a huge concern. The crab legs are in a shell and as long as your table mates do not contaminate the crab cracker there isn’t any cross contamination issues. I went out on a limb with the broiled shrimp and crab salad (not protected by a shell or on a separate bar). I had no gluten symptoms following this dinner.
They do have a list of allergens available upon request (nuts, tree nuts, dairy, gluten) but it is a little difficult to understand.
