Review of Captain Bill's Seafood Restaurant

Gluten free items were marked on the menu. Location is nice. It's right by the water. My food was pretty bland. I told the waitress that I couldn't have dairy either and my plate came out with cups of sour cream and butter on it. That made me nervous that she didn't communicate well with the kitchen. Service was mediocre.
