They advertise gluten free fish and chips but when questioned further they only use GF batter and DO NOT have a dedicated fryer. Proprietor argued the drying ‘killed the gluten’ (that old chestnut) and said she had a regular celiac customer who ate it all the time. Absolutely NOT celiac safe
