Review of Captain's Coffee Roasting Co

Asked about GF cookies made in house and told they are made in the same area as gluten-y cookies, but “they clean the dishes”. Then asked if the GF cookies are made first or at the same time as the gluten ones and the clerk didn’t know nor went to ask the other employee present. I didn’t feel the cookies were safe especially after watching the front of house cleaning protocol. They did have some pre-packaged GF options available.
