They advertise Gluten Free Pizza, so we went. Sat done the waitress took our drink order, so far so good. When she returned I asked a question about the toppings. Since i have a bad Gluten Allergy I wanted to know if they put items containing Gluten on their flattop. She said I believe so does meat have Gluten. I said generally no but do they put buns or Bread on it. I wanted their cheese burger pizza, she said yes, as a matter of fact the only thing we have that’s Gluten-free is the crust, none of the toppings. I decided to walk up and ask the manager. She reiterated that only the crust was. She then asked me if semolina flour had gluten. I was yes. She told me they get the flour on those gloves and will not change their gloves nor do they wash their hands (so it’s unclean too?) I said I guess there is nothing I can eat and she agreed and our whole group left. When whole time she spoke in a very irritated tone. Not a good choice.
Server and manager were downright hostile about our party having gluten issues. Said the kitchen staff couldn't even change their gloves to prepare food for us. Expect cross contamination here!
