Captain's Table

The waiter I had basically said all you can get here is fruit or yogurt. He said “our kitchen has flour everywhere so nothing is safe. We could do a sandwich on gluten free bread, but we don’t have any cross contamination measures”. Extremely disappointed because the last review here made it seem like there was a few good options. Don’t go here if you have to worry about CC. stay safe everyone!

Was hesitant about this restaurants gluten free ability at first. However after talking to the server (who was also gluten free) she assured me that they not only offer gluten free bread, wraps, corn tortillas, etc. but also that a few of the kitchen staff and chefs were gluten free as well. She also was able to recommend which gluten free substitution to use for each meal due to how they held up. I got a sandwich and it was delicious. Pleasantly surprised by this restaurant!
