Very confused. Called ahead after reading the "gluten free batter" review below and the lady who answered the phone was not only kind of rude but also said "no the batter wouldn't be gluten free."

Bummed about the inconsistency

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?

— Not at all

When we told our waitress my son has Celiac, the owner came to our table to let us know the batter was gluten free. My son was SOOOO happy to have some fried shrimp and said it was very yummy!

How much of the menu is available gluten-free?

— Most/All

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent
