Caravan Swim Club

Very little here is gf: just three vegetable sides (broccolini, carrots, elote). The menu lists a chopped salad as gluten free but it’s not (the tortilla strips are made in a shared fryer).

The server insisted the salad was gf and said he’d check that the tortilla strips were too. Then I asked when the salad arrived and the food runner told me the strips are made in house. The manager brought me a new gluten-free salad. That was nice but this was not a good experience overall.
