Review of Carben

A very fancy high end restaurant. When you identify as celiac they give you a modified menu with gluten containing items removed (and substitutes suggested, as appropriate). Relatively small portions, but amazing taste and presentation! Edit: They had no safe GF desserts, but told me that if I let them know at least 24 hours in advance of a reservation (preferably 48) they would prepare one.
