Review of Carbon Arc Bar & Board

This place was so nice to me. They have a good amount of gluten free items on the menu and are able to make gluten free substitutions (gluten free buns and pizza crust). Staff understood my needs as a person with Celiac and alerted me not to eat the fries, as they are in a fryer shared with gluten items. Great experience!
