Review of Carbon Cafe & Bar

NOT dedicated or safe for celiac or those with severe gluten allergy. I have a anaphylactic-level gluten allergy, made sure to triple check with server if my food was safe to eat & that it was made on separate surfaces/fryers, and was still glutened. Really disappointed, because the food was actually fantastic.
