I was glutened at the sandwich counter and became very ill. The woman who took my order was not familiar with celiac, however she did take the time to speak with a manager and determine all the ingredients in the wrap I ordered were gluten free, and it would be prepared on a gluten free tortilla. Either they missed something or there was significant cross contamination, as I became much sicker than typical gluten exposure.

The food was delicious, but nothing is worth the level of illness it caused me.

The sandwich counter is not worth the price. They said they could do any sandwich as a gluten free wrap, but when I opened it at home it was on regular bread. I specifically went there for their gluten free food so was disappointed they couldn’t follow through on gf orders. Staff were sympathetic when I called but the only way to get a refund is in store and I live far away. The cakes and baked goods have good selection but the whole experience has turned me off and I can find similar things at other stores.

They sell gluten free cakes in their deli now! If you are celiac you can ask them to get one from the freezer!!

Seaside is excellent! I use the Catering service for a Holiday Party for two years now and plan it again for Next Year...

I've ordered the Tri-tip cubed with gluten free gravy&BBQ sauce&horse radish sauce, turkey cubed with gravy&cranberry sauce, grilled veggies with peppercorn sauce.. I supply the mash potatoes! It's a GREAT gluten free Mash Potato Bar Party option. Everyone (81 guests last year) love it. Seaside delivered everything hot along with 20lbs of Ice. We just filled the chaffing dishes, put out the sauces. EASY, EXCELLENT and FUN! VOTED Best Holiday Party ever..thanks Seaside!
