The chef here has celiac, so they cook the gluten free pasta in separate water and are very good with avoiding cross contamination. Someone came and explained all the precautions they take for people with celiac disease. They have a gluten free focaccia bread (rustic boule bread) that was amazing. It did not even taste gluten free. It was the best gf bread I have had. I had the scallop cacciatore as an entree and it was very good.
