Been eating out here for years. Amazing food and just about everything is gluten free. The burritos obviously are not and I am not sure about the deserts or their frier situation, but very good bowls. It is best to call or ask if you are unsure as their menu is not marked but the staff there seemed quite knowledge about allergy concerns when asked.

Food was fantastic and very filling. The restaurant is small, we actually ordered food to go. Our kids thought the food was a little spicy but I loved it, and I’m not a fan of spicy. My husband ordered the jerk pork bowl and that was spicy, but delicious!

we just drove down from Chicago after a day on the beach this was perfect. Amazing little place, everything fresh made to order. food arived quickly and staff is absolutely wonderful. the food is so flavorful, such clean food for specific dietary needs. my girlfriend has celiac and we both are competitive athletes. honestly a hidden treasure
