Incredible! The food was delicious - and all their flour is gluten free. I made a note on the reservation that I have Celiac/gluten allergy. The waitress was aware and confirmed with me. The items WITH gluten (or other common allergens) are marked. I had the grilled snapper, which came with rice and a mango salad on top. It was amazing. The service was also fantastic - very friendly. If we come back to Turks & Caicos, I would make it a point to come back to Elements.

We had a great meal at Elements. Wait staff was very knowledgeable about celiac and other allergies. I had the catch of the day —Snapper filet w/ tropical salsa, jasmine rice and veggies and my husband had the Grilled Lobster. Extensive cocktail and mocktail menu, wine & beer.

All allergens were clearly marked on the menu and there were LOTS of gluten free options. The owner and staff were absolutely incredible. They validated multiple times my allergy and gave great recommendations.

Menu is very clearly marked for allergens. Nice quiet restaurant. Friendliest staff we encountered our entire trip. Jeff is the man! Can see why it's number one in Grace Bay on Trip Advisor.
