Pizza made with fresh sauce and cheese to avoid CC. Pasta made the right way in its own water. We’re able to modify a few dishes easily. Some of the menu is gluten free just not labeled. I stated my situation. Staff spoke to chef assured me food was safe from CC. I have eaten here at least 10x. Never an issue.
