Review of Carini's Italian Restaurant

I'm glad other people have had great experiences, but I've been there twice and it was awful. There was one other small table both times and I literally waited 30 minutes for my sprite. My friend asked the waitress about it three times before it came. There wasn't an issue with the machines or anything, but honestly the waitress was lazy and extremely inattentive. Food both times was not very good. I say this having been a waitress years ago. I got pasta first time, pizza the second. I was hoping I got a bad day the first time, but it seems very consistently bad.
