I submitted a review online to their wesite. the manager of the local Johnny Carinos called me and apologized profusely for me finding regular pasta in my GF pasta. He expalined how they take Celiac and GF seriosly and explained to me their process for keeing us safe. He then let me know he was going to reeucate the staff on the peocedure for preparung GF products. I was upset but he made me feel heard.
