Review of Johnny Carino's

Food was good...nothing special. Waitress was very kind. When I had eaten about 1/2 of my pasta, I found a cooked fettuccini noodle mixed in with the gf spaghetti. Sigh. :(

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?
