I ordered off the GF menu, and that means it comes in a bowl and not the flour shell, and don’t just dump this one in a bowl, it’s already been in contact with the shell. Shortly a new waitress came out with my Taco Salad in a ceramic bowl, and she seemed to understand the concept of gluten that so evaded the first waiter.
Don’t know what levels of precautions they take in the kitchen if the order is properly relayed. So far no I’ll effects, but based on my experience I wouldn’t trust them if seriously sensitive or celiac. The margarita was large, tasted good, and generally considered GF.
