Carlo's Pizza Express

We needed to feed our daughter on the road, which can be very tricky. I found this place by searching “pizza” on this app, and it was perfect. The gluten free pizza was reasonable, fast, and their practices seemed very safe. I couldn’t have asked for more.

We made last minute plans with friends and found ourselves in need of a gf dinner option for our son. The other kids were getting regular pizza. I called the restaurant to inquire about their gluten free pizza option and felt reassured that they obtain the crust from an outside gluten free vendor. They prepare the pizza in its own tin in the oven, and also provide a special pizza cutter from the same company. In addition, they offered to make pasta in a separate pot if we requested gf pasta. It seemed like the restaurant has good practices and understands. My son did not have any reactions afterward. The gf menu is probably limited to those two items, and possibly salad.
