Carl's Deli

I had heard rumors that Carl’s had gluten free bread so I stopped in today for some lunch … THE RUMORS ARE TRUE!!! They have both gluten free bread (schar!!!!) and wraps!! I told the woman behind the counter that I had celiac and she mentioned someone on staff is also celiac, so they take the precautions very seriously. She changed her gloves before making my wrap and it was DELICIOUS! I got chicken salad! They don’t have dedicated toasters, but otherwise I felt totally safe eating here! They also had certified GF chips!
