Carls jr offer a “lo carb burger bun” option were they use a lettuce leaf instead of a bun it’s very messy to eat but tastes dam good. The staff most of the time are diligent with making my order and bag and prepare it separately to my gluten eating partners food and you can see straight into 90% of the kitchen
