Review of Carluccio's

We were so happy to find a gluten free Italian restaurant. I hate to be a negative reviewer but unfortunately we didn't have a good experience here. To start from the beginning, the gluten free menu is not advertised, you need to ask for it. Both my husband & I ordered a pasta dish that was so extremely salty we had to send it back (something we rarely do). I love salt but both meals were so salty we couldn't even eat half of it. Although the server mentioned they had gluten free bread & we told her we were so excited to finally have bread she didn't bring us any. Finally we managed to flag her down & she told us they do not serve complimentary bread but would we like to order some? So finally got an order of bread when our food arrived. The bread was great, wouldn't have known it was gluten free. The manager came over & profusely apologized & did comp our bill for the entrees so the night wasn't a total loss.
