I started to walk out after reading the menu that says that they cannot guarantee non-contamination. The manager asked what was wrong and I said I was Celiac. He said he understood the issues and would make sure that I would be fine. Calamari? Let's sautee that. What about the fryer? It's shared so we will stay away from that and offered substitutions. Food was spectacular. They get it. I was in town for 2 days and ate here 3 times. Absolutely recommended.
