This was a great experience. It’s a small restaurant, but the owner/chef and his wife are so friendly and helpful. They worked with me to keep me gluten free, and even mentioned they were experimenting with gluten free and dairy free ice cream. I think I was the first customer to taste it and give some feedback. We will be in the area one more night, so I might go back for a repeat dinner!
Really wanted something a little more on the healthy side tonight, and was delighted to find Carly’s Healthy Cuisine. I have Hashimotos, not Celiacs. Chef came out and talked to me after food came out and told me about some of the gluten free sauces that he uses. Was super knowledgeable about gluten issues, especially concerning Asian food. I had the stir fry, daughter had the noodle soup. I believe a few of the appetizers could be done gf as well. Wish we had another opportunity to eat there this trip. Completely delish, and such nice people. Had plenty of other options for my family without gluten issues.
Great Service. Very accommodating and even adjusted one of the entrees to something more kid friendly. The owners are also very sweet! Great customer service. 5 stars

We had dinner here and it was delicious! My wife got the soup and I got the stir fry, both made GF so she could try both. The food was amazing, the broth hearty, the vegetables fresh. She is celiac and did not have a reaction.
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about GF. It's a local mom and pop shop with a great atmosphere. Highly recommend this facility. The chef came out to check on us as well.
The also have Boba, and we went back 2 more times so my wife could get some. Each time they made the tea from scratch.
Amazing place. My son has celiacs and they used fresh wok and very safe no cross contamination. Highly recommend. GF noodles, appetizers, and desserts
