If I could give this place 0 starts, I would. The customer service is horrible. I called to inquire about the farm. The guy who picked up (Mike Ross) sounded like he had no willingness to answer any of my questions. After I had asked 3 questions, he hung up the phone. He thought I was asking too many questions. He then called me back to ask me what I did for a living. I guess I hurt his feelings by asking questions. Based on the caller ID, his name is Mike Ross. Definitely won't be coming here or recommending this place to others.
***Note: After I had posted the above review to Google, Mike Ross decided to lie about our conversation over the phone by posting a response to my review, which has misinformation. He stated that I had called to ask about something inappropriate. Below is my response to the misinformation.
Edit - Response to owner:
It's pretty disgusting how this guy needs to lie to justify his rude and unnecessary behaviour over the phone. It's a pretty ridiculous lie too. Why would someone call a farm to ask about slaughtering goats? This dude is a pretty bad liar. Anyways, I was simply asking questions about ticket prices, booking times, and time limits. After the 3rd question, he got annoyed and ran out of patience, so he hung up the phone. He then felt the need to call me back and ask me where I work, because he felt like I was asking too many questions and he got offended.
Here's a quick tip for anyone planning to call. Don't ask him more than 3 questions. He'll start to get annoyed and panic, and he'll hang up the phone. This is pretty strange considering the fact that he has a business and people are going to call to inquire about the business. If you don't expect people to call and ask questions, don't put your phone number with the business on Google.
Do better Mike Ross! Learn how to speak to customers over the phone with respect and maybe you'll get less one star reviews for your farm.
