GF bread is available — and it’s not tiny squares. The sandwiches and breakfast items were easy to make GF/DF. We had the open-faced avocado toast and BLTs the day before. The tomato soup is yummy as well. Ordering at the counter and asking allergen questions was easy.

I ate breakfast (eggs, bacon, and toast) and everything tasted great and was safe. The owner disclaimed it was a cross contact kitchen but they would try their best to be separate. I did not get sick. Our second part of the order was never made so the owner quickly had it made to go and accommodated with a free gf muffin.

Awesome, expansive menu and so much can be made gluten free. The girl who took my order was more than accommodating to mark down that I had an allergy and said they can toast my gluten free bread in the oven rather than the toaster to prevent cross contamination, without me even asking! Pastries and breakfast sandwiches were awesome and the juice and coffee I ordered as well were excellent!

Great place for casual lunch/breakfast. MANY gf options from sandwiches, salads, gf/vegan pastries, smoothies, juices. Great spot! Definitely recommend!!!

Excellent little place, right off of Ocean Ave - smoothies, gf bread, salads, soup. Great quality and safe for all sorts of allergies - very knowledgeable and helpful staff

Casual yet classy. Loved GF French Toast! Also loved how dog friendly it is. Highly recommended.

The best thing about this place is that I could eat a sandwich! I ordered the chicken salad sandwich and it was delicious. My friend (not gf) ordered the Brie sandwich with chicken and apple slices and it was very dry (Brie was not melted, the bread wasn't toasted, skimpy on the apples.) We ate outside and that was delightful. The service wasn't particularly friendly but I would go back and order the same thing again.

The quinoa breakfast bowl is wonderful. There are not many options for breakfast ( or lunch/dinner) beyond that. Which is a shame because these folks are know what they are doing!!

this is not a gluten free option at all. based on reviews I went here hoping for breakfast. the only gf "option" was to sub spinach for any thing that would regularly have bread.
