Carmen’s has been on my list of places to try for a while. I was not disappointed, either! I had salmon salad with purple sweet potato soup, and both were delicious. They also have a GF beer I hadn’t tried before. I didn’t love it, but was pleased to see they had more than just cider.

My husband and I visited 12/7/19 at nearly closing anticipating feeling rushed and unwelcomed. Not the case!! The food and service were excellent and genuine! We were even graced with the lovely owner Carmen visiting us table side. She's a beautiful soul on a beautiful mission.:) I am a celiac of 8 years and am so relieved to know her place will keep me full and well on my frequent visits to Pensacola.

Delicious!! Excellent service and staff very knowledgeable about Celiac. Items are marked on the menu but they can also work with you. Agree with other review, small portions but tasty. I had chicken salad served over greens with GF crackers and the stuffed peppers were to die for! Also, great sweet tea! Enjoy this cozy, upscale gem!

The owner has celiac. Most of the menu is gluten free and DELICIOUS! Portions are small as you’re meant to order several items. I’ve never gotten sick and I’ve never been disappointed by the taste. I love this place!!!!!

The food is excellent & almost everything on the menu can be tailored gluten-free. The staff was amazing & knowledgeable. I had the Spanish Crab Cazuela with a salad & gluten-free free bread pudding for desert & it was yummy. I have Celiac's & recommend this place highly!

I've been here many times, and its absolutely delicious. the straccato pie is my favorite thing on the menu, followed by the chicken tikka masala. I've always eaten off their lunch menu thigh as I'm not a fan of tapas.

The food was good but a little over priced for the portion size. I would visit again though:-)

It just wasn't my cup of tea. They have a gluten free menu but nothing really sounded good to me. It might be because I don't care for soups. But it's a very high end "edgy" restaurant that will charge you way too much for cheese and crackers.
