Small, local Italian restaurant. Read a review and decided to give it a try. So glad I did! Staff was both knowledgable and accommodating. No gluten free menu, but many gluten free options! Enjoyed a delicious pasta special and did not get sick! 👍
The chef owner had a great knowledge of gluten free food and even had a gluten free ravioli option made of quinoa, rice and tapioca flour. He even knew not to cook the pasta in water that had been used for other pasta. Excellent food and excellent service!
