Review of Carmine's Las Vegas

Because this is a family style restaurant, the portions are huge! The waiter worked with me to get me a shrimp meal with the white sauce that was gluten-free and gluten-free pasta. It was not a cream sauce, but it was still very good. I would have liked a little more flavor, but it was still very delicious after I put Parmesan cheese on it. I must say that I was very impressed with the pasta. It did not look like normal pasta, but it tasted like normal pasta. Even my husband, who usually object to gluten-free pasta ate much of it .I tasted some of the salad that someone else had ordered and I felt some strange feelings in my stomach.
