Ordered one large plain pizza and one gluten free pizza. They used the pizza cutter first on the large plain pie. Then used the same pizza cutter to cut the gluten free pie. They gluten free pizza did come in a metal tray.
GF pizza had a thick crust. The pizza was salty.
Absolutely impeccably safe preparation. Owner asked if it was an allergy or just a preference. We replied "allergy", and he made the food so carefully we did not get sick at all and no rash. Grateful to not have been "glutened", which happens with so many restaurants. You could tell he really cared that we didn't have cross-contamination.
Went there because another review said ravioli was amazing. We found we didn't agree. The food was passable. One of us had ravioli, and the other had spaghetti with meat sauce. It was mostly penne, then tomato sauce, then meat. The house salads that came with these entrées were delightful. Broccoli with lemon-garlic sauce was good but very strong with many slices of fresh garlic. It was overwhelming; I had anticipated something more subtle so that the lemon taste wouldn't recede into the distant background. Overall, will we return there? Not unless for salads. But it was safe, and we appreciated this!
