The chef came to the table and really knew what she was talking about. She informed me that they have a separate space in the kitchen that they prepare the gf pasta. Also, although it is a family style restaurant, they were willing to prepare an individual sized (still large!) portion for me. The pasta was delicious. I had the Penne a la vodka and added sausage.

The chef came to the table to explain GF options, I ordered the Bolognese (meat) sauce with the penne pasta. It was good. Also, the chef brought out GF bread.

The chef came out and talked to me about what he could make. Surprised me with some GF bread too! When it was ready he brought it out personally to make sure everything was ok.

Had the GF pasta with bolognese sauce. Was very good and a large portion. Chef came out to discuss options and prepared the meal him self. We will definitely come again and would recommend this place especially if you are trying to feed a large group of kids!

GF menu available on line. Chef comes out and provides suggestions. Staff very knowledgeable. They have GF pasta. Chef brought out the prepared food with the server. Along with that, surprised me with GF bread. All around the place so far to go during my stay in Paradise Island.
