Huge portions, really helpful staff. When I asked the waiter about gluten free options, he sent the chef out who walked me through everything herself. The bolognese and chocolate torta were my favorite!

Had a great time here! Fair warning: it’s a FAMILY STYLE restaurant so the portions are huge. We got delicious chicken parm (not fried), GF bread, and the GF flourless chocolate cake. The staff were knowledgeable about celiac and they confirmed with the chef about cross contact.

Absolutely wonderful experience at Carmine’s. The chef came out to speak with me about options for dinner. I had warm, tasty gluten free bread with olive oil and garlic and the most delicious ceasar salad. Then we had a gf penne dish with grilled chicken and a garlic/olive oil sauce. Superb!

Like other carmines locations they take precautions for GF dishes. Chef comes out to discuss the order and options. Good pasta and big portions! Probably the most cost effective dinner at Atlantis for the sit down restaurants

The gluten free pasta / chicken parm isn’t the best you’ve ever had, but it is decent. This place is family style and has big portions. They have gluten free bread. The wait staff was well trained. Overall it was pretty good and most importantly I did not get sick

Excellent service, chef came out to talk to me & help with my selections.GF bread was decent it comes with the oil & garlic to dip. Went back 2nd time had a different chef & was treated the same. We will be going back for the 3rd time before we leave. Just kmow their portions are huge but my non GF husband loved the GF pasta

I had the chicken scalloppini. Beware this is family style! So if others in your group won't eat gluten free, you'll have many left overs! They do offer GF pasta and were easy to work with. Food was good and staff friendly. They did give GF bread but it was nothing like the yummy looking garlic bread everyone else had.

4 pieces of sliced bread was brought out (for 3 GF diners). GF options included shrimp (red or white) and bolognese. Serving of pasta with bolognese was MUCH less than expected, so consider ordering more.

The chef came out after 20 plus minutes. Was very...uppity. I apologized, told him I was coming here on the recommendation of my find me gf app. I told him no onions on my food. Its was not described that it would be loaded with shallots. I wasn't going to say anything but the bartender asked why I wasn't eating it and I told him. He brought the chef out and then the said chef was extremely rude and nasty.

The chef came to the table and really knew what she was talking about. She informed me that they have a separate space in the kitchen that they prepare the gf pasta. Also, although it is a family style restaurant, they were willing to prepare an individual sized (still large!) portion for me. The pasta was delicious. I had the Penne a la vodka and added sausage.
