Symptomatic Celiac

I have celiac and went here and was helped by the manager, Blake. We called before we arrived and he went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and make sure I could eat here with very low risk of cc. Before I got there he asked what I wanted and ensured all new ingredients were pulled and set aside for me. They even did a test pizza before I got there to talk about how they could put the pizza in the oven with the least amount of cc risk. I'm blown away by the service we received here. They do have a separate station to prepare gf pizza, but I definitely recommend requesting fresh ingredients and a newly cleaned kitchen space - just to ensure your own safety. Blake also supervised the entire prep of my food and serviced our table to ensure my safety. I'm blown away by the service Blake and his team provided. If you plan to go here, I recommend calling ahead and talking to Blake to ask all the questions you need!

Give four stars as it is not a dedicated gf spot.

Gluten free salads, pasta, pizza, and some entrees. Was going to try out the pizza and server told me it was prepared separately from gluten pizza. While this is true, manager came out and informed me that there was still a super high risk of cc with the prep spaces so close and flour everywhere. Not recommended for people with “an actual allergy”. I got upset by the misinformation and ordered one of the chicken entrees instead. It was fine taste wise, but with such an uninformed waiter I’d be hesitant to try anything else from here.
