Review of Carnaval Brazilian Grill

Our waitress Savannah says her boyfriend has celiac and was super helpful in navigating everything! All the meat is safe since the rotisserie area is gluten free overall and she was able to point me to things on the salad bar. The friers are shared but the cheese bread is gf as most Brazilian cheese bread is! Highly recommend, felt super safe even though I was far from home in an unfamiliar restaurant.
