Review of Carnaval Brazilian Grill

We went here before a concert. I called ahead to let them know of my gluten allergy. Upon arrival they placed gluten free buns on our table. Shocked! I was really concerned about the salad bar but then was informed that the whole entire salad bar was gluten free including the soups. It was a great experience. I was so happy and did not have a reaction!
