Review of Caroline's Kitchen & Healthy Eatery

Went for the grand opening. Awesome grain-free tamales (haven't had tamales in YEARS)!! The texture of the "masa" was impressive (pork rinds and coconut flour), and the meat inside had a nice kick!Staff was really nice...they gave us a ding-dong on the house when we left (my husband enjoyed it since I have an egg intolerance).So awesome to have a restaurant completely free of gluten and refined sugar nearby (AKA not within the Loop)!! I do wish they had more Paleo options, but I didn't get a chance to check out all the regular menus. PLENTY of options for Keto! Please post the menus online! Those with other allergies/intolerances like to scope things out beforehand! 😉
