Amazing! Chef and staff we're all aware of the safety prevention of cross-contamination and all the ingredients in their sauces. They make everything there so they have complete knowledge and control a prop. It was probably the best chicken alfredo I have ever had! Just let them know that you have celiac disease and they will take good care of you.
Gluten free bread to start and they offer gf pasta. Server informed me they use separate water and utensils. Had the bolognese, the pasta fell somewhat apart but it was overall good.
