They have a celiac employee that works here, so everyone is quite knowledgeable and helpful! Everything here can be made gluten free (except their grilled chicken breast it has barley seasoning on it) and if it’s for an allergy they Wipe everything down, change gloves and wrap anything that’s grilled, in foil. they will toast the bread on their grill, wrapped as well. They also have an assortment of gluten free pastries that they have brought in from Rumi’s passion bakery in Plymouth! Great place that’s easy to eat at!

Had a sandwich but bread is cold and not heated. Also I had chicken salad sandwich and it did not have very much on my sandwich. Staff not very helpful. I had been here before and staff was more helpful but my sandwich for the price was not very good

The staff was very knowledgeable about cross contamination and ask about the severity of your gluten intolerance and will wash food prep area for you. I love the Baja club and have never gotten sick here.

Great location for a sandwich or coffee. They are sensitive to GF needs. I was there for the first time this week and inquired about how they isolate from cross contamination. The person helping me was knowledgeable and went out of her way to tell me that the sandwich would be grilled with aluminum foil between the sandwich and press. They do a good job!

Sandwiches can all be made GF and they have a nice selection of GF bakery items, from a GF bakery. And the coffee is the best!

They have gluten free employees so they have an understanding of being careful of cross contamination when making sandwiches. They usually ask you if its an allergy so they keep everything clean. They also have gluten free muffins, cupcakes, and cinnamon rolls that come in from a local gluten free bakery. It's a cute cafe with a warm welcoming atmosphere.a
