I emailed Carrington prior to booking and was put in contact with the chef. He confirmed that most items on their menu are naturally gf and if not could be adjusted to be gf. So we booked and upon arrival the chef came to talk to us and customized a meal for us - as fries were using shared fryer he suggested hand made potatoes fried in duck fat ... let's just say nothing of the meal was left over.
