For a small shop, Carson’s is able to offer a lot of gf choices. They can make any sandwich on Udi’s bread with only a small surcharge of $0.75. Aside from sandwiches they do omelettes that are another good gf option. They also have a ton of ice cream flavors and know which are gf.
