Review of Carthay Circle Restaurant

I am a long time Disney visitor...and I have to tell you...not only do I have a gluten allergy, but I have a soy allergy, corn allergy, legumes allergy, and a dairy allergy. I was able to eat...I mean REALLY eat with no fear at Carthay. They made the experience amazing! And their gluten free bread?!!! Amazing. If you are heading to Disney, EAT HERE!!
