Review of Carthay Circle Restaurant

Dedicated fryer means a great GF burger and fries. I've eaten here twice and the waitstaff were knowledgeable and happy to accommodate. Never had a reaction. The environment is a nice break from the parks, but it's very expensive, especially for inconsistent food. My non-GF companions were less excited about their meals. The bar downstairs is good for drinks but not many GF snack options.
