GF pizza is pretty good. I've eaten here several times and have never gotten sick

Waitress was not so good, told her about being GF and she kept asking if I want bread, also wasn't aware of any ingredients used. Got a chicken dish with no breadcrumbs and vegetables and it was just ok at best.

I had the gluten free pizza. It was better then any of the other gluen free pizzas that I have had recently. Staff was very knowledgeable. Was informed that they have specific stafg what was trained to ensure there is no cross contamination. I was over all impressed and looking forward to trying the cheese steak and desserts next time!

I love Caruso's and eat there a few times a month. It's the best gluten free pizza I've ever had and I've tried many. They are very nice and friendly there and get to know you if you're a regular. Great people for sure. I've also had their gluten free cheese steak and that was equally as delicious.

Best gf pizza I've ever had...I do not like reviews where people describe pizza crust as like the real thing, because it never is, but this is as close to regular pizza crust as I have eaten in the past 4 years!

Best gluten free sandwich roll I ever had. They serve GF pastas, pizza and hoagies. The GF hoagie even comes with your choice of a side salad or chips (the regular hoagies do not). Delicious!

Crust was really soft and fluffy. A little sweet for my taste but still really good. Caruso's makes their dough and breads but they order the GF dough off-site so it might be celiac friendly.

I watched the pizza maker cut my gluten-free pizza with a contaminated pizza cutter. It had clearly been used on a non-gluten-free pizza before he cut my pizza.

Amazing gluten free buns! Highly recommended restaurant! The wait staff was wonderful when accommodating to my allergy.

Gluten free pizza was really good. It's not dedicated, but the place was empty when I got there reducing the cross contamination. Overall, I like this place. Good eating.

the gluten free pizza cust is amazing. you won't miss real pizza. The best gf crust I've ever had. Definitely will be getting this again and again.
