Review of Carver Brewing Co

For regular food and regular beer, really yummy. But if you are truly celiac, they don't seem to know anything about it and the rumor that the beer is gluten reduced? Seems to be only a rumor. I had a rasberry wheat beer and two days later my eyes are still itching so much I have to take benadryl and my digestive system feels like it has glass going through it. Their website doesn't seem to say anything about gluten free or gluten reduced at all and considering a waiter tried to serve a celiac something in a breadbowl, I'm afraid you can't listen to the waiters.
