Review of Carver Brewing Co

Very knowledgeable staff. The food is delicious. They're also dog friendly. I had the Thai Salmon Curry Quinoa Bowl. It was to die for. Almost everything on the menu could be made gluten free, but the options aren't listed. The server said it was because the owner wanted the staff to know what could and could not be made gluten free- thus the knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended.
