Review of Carver Brewing Co

I ordered a hamburger on gluten free bread and a side salad and had severe symptoms of gluten exposure within 30 minutes of the meal. The burger had BBQ sauce and the salad had ranch dressing. I told the waiter I was Celiac and he assured me that all their sauces and dressings were gluten free but I think he was mistaken.
