Enjoyed an omelette and fruit for breakfast. The menu offers GF toast, but I didn’t have it to avoid potential cross-contamination.

Unfortunately, the reviews here are incorrect. The GF buns are toasted right alongside the regular buns which the server confirmed to me as of 4/13/23. Not so surprising given how small of a kitchen it is. I still took a chance on the lettuce wrap salmon sandwich but I unfortunately got sick a few hours later so I suspect it is all the same spot on the grille. I would not recommend this place to any diagnosed celiac.

WOW! Great food and they have GF options clearly marked on the menu. I was also able to enjoy a bloody mary because they listed all of the ingredients in their homemade mix so that I could verify. New favorite in Winter Park.

Carver’s has always been a local favorite for breakfast. They recently moved locations and added a dinner service and the changes have been a huge improvement!! The food is better than ever as well at the atmosphere. The dinner menu is burgers only and honestly that’s all they need. Their prime rib patties and gluten free buns are delicious! GF options are not modified on the menu but the servers are very knowledgeable. Right now they don’t have a designated fryer but I’m hoping we can convince them!! Must try in Winter Park.

Really friendly staff! They double checked with my questions about cross contact and there are a lot of celiac safe options! They have delicious gf bread that they make in house in a separate area from where they make gluten containing bread. It was some of the best gf bread I’ve had!

I loved eating here. They told me they had a separate place for cooking the gf bread. I had Gf avocado toast 2 days in a row and didn’t get sick. Also, the food is delicious! The waiters were fairly knowledgeable on gluten allergies.

Waitress told me they had no gf bread and used the same grill for everything. So I opted to eat the sandwich I brought.

*duting peak times will only seat whole parties.... but are rude in how they say it....” Eaten here lots of times never ended up sick. Potatoes, eggs,coffee bakery next door has yummy GF goods!

They have GF tortillas and were great with my allergies.
