Review of Carving Rock Kitchen

Randomly opened the find me gluten free app on this places opening day! We managed to squeeze in a couple of hours before closing, and they were mostly sold out! What I did try was absolutely phenomenal, and I have been back twice. Just tried the sausage gravy and biscuit, first one since diagnosis, and I almost cried, because that was one of my mom's comfort foods for me when I was a kid. It gave me all the nostalgia feels. I have only taken to go (and will make sure to remember my own containers next time, keeping it as low waste as I can), but I am looking forward to bringing my laptop over for a working lunch sometime. And I will finally get my ADHD time wizard self down there early enough to snag a soft pretzel, because I am DREAMING of those! The staff is so friendly and helpful, please come down and support this 100% dedicated gluten free local cafe/bakery!
